Truffles and Ruffles Club
Last week I went to a lovely lunch hosted by Anna and Annie of Truffles and Ruffles Club. The club was set up a year or so ago to bridge conversation, talent and ideas and they certainly succeed!
Events, usually breakfasts or lunches, are held in Fulham and Dulwich in Annie and Anna’s elegant and stylish homes. There is always a wide range of curated guests to include artists, designers, interiors enthusiasts, journalists and photographers.
The guests last week were:
We arrived and mingled before going down to Anna’s gorgeous blue dining room where everyone introduced themselves. Then a delicious lunch of red pepper paté, goats cheese and beetroot salad followed by a yummy baked peach. Conversation flowed; with 10 guests and 2 hosts there was lots to talk about but it is a small enough group to meet and get to know everyone. Introductions made at the start mean you can identify who you’d like to talk to more over coffee after lunch.
