Desert Women

Striking Swedish landscape painting of two women in the desert beside tall red flowering agave plants.

Attributed to Lars Norrman (1915-1979), a well travelled artist inspired by his travels to places such as Central and Southern America as seen here, as well as Africa and Europe.

Oil on board in deep, vintage dark wooden frame with slightly worn gilt trim. There are two tiny areas of missing paint so please examine the photos carefully.
