Signed Lars Norrman 1915-1979 Lars started painting when he went to sea as a 15 year old and was encouraged to train as an artist upon his return. He trained at Otto Skölde's Academy in Stockholm and then under Léger in Paris. He travelled widely, including in Africa, Japan and Latin America and is widely held in Swedish museums.
