Two Figures

Atmospheric Swedish landscape with two figures walking through a wheat field and trees, bushes, and a small white house in the background. The sky is full of beautiful pink tinged clouds.

Signed Bertil Johansson-Bajo, 1906-1982, dated '45. Studied in Stockholm and then served in the Finnish Winter War in 1939. After this he exhibited in artist's salons across Sweden.

Oil on canvas in a vintage wooden frame.
